Earth Day at Farnsworth House

We are so proud of the 60+ acres surrounding Farnsworth House and do all we can to support its ecosystems and maintain its beauty.

Visit us on Earth Day – a Green Connect certified event – and enjoy both the house and the trails through the landscape, where you’ll find many identified species of trees and wildflowers.

We’ll have eco-friendly specials in our museum shop and our friends at Red Bud Creek Farm Center will be giving perennial plants for your own garden. If you have the space you might even choose to take home an Overcup Oak tree!
